I think the chain of titles being available with hyperlink should be examined. Reasons:
More Members are starting to use the hyperlinks instead of copies that we are sending. PLT I know uses them at times I don't send copies per their instructions.
If we are able to go paperless - there is no documentation on the commitment with the OR book/page of the current vesting instruments for the Member to be able to view with a hyperlink. Our title vested in area simply states the names. Maybe we need to look at adjusting the TVI on the commitment to be able to include the hyperlink info. (As we do on Title Certificates). This would also benefit an examiner if searching the same property as a prior and the prior examiner didn't do a complete chain of title, we would at least have the correct last deeds of title.
We have a chain of title in RW - why is that accessible? If we were able to use correctly - would it be able to send out a chain with hyperlinks?
